I genuinely feel that by gathering feedback and models from those who enter the contest, those NPPs that are judged to be the winners are likely going to help promote awareness about the NPP to unprecedented levels.

Does the submission need to be functional in terms of actually accepting user input and inserting it into a database? Or does it just need to show the user flow thought the application, even if the application doesn't have a backend? Thanks!

I have been working on this for a month, and the expectation was submission to be closed midnight on 4/7/14 EST, ie 11:59PM EST. Can you please open submissions or tell me what I should do?
